The NFL handed Philadelphia Eagles running back D'Andre Swift a fine following some so-called misbehavior on the field against the Washington Commanders in Week 8.
Swift will have to pay $9,857 to the league for "unnecessary roughness" after bulldozing Washington safety Percy Butler on a carry late in the fourth quarter.
Below is the play that Swift was fine for:

Swift did lower his head a bit but it looks like it wasn't intentional as he was just trying to simply finish the run.
There was also no flag on the play at the time.
Swift wasn't alone with 30 other players also fined in Week 8.
All players have to right to appeal their fines, but gosh these fines are getting out of hand.
